Tell MT-NW to display the full headers before you print, and they should be
included in the printout. (Edit -> Show Details, or click the white button
in the window's top right corner.) Unfortunately you'll also get a lot of
headers you probably don't want to see, but I don't know of any other way
to get MT-NW to print the newsgroup name.
You could also copy & paste the entire message (including full headers)
into a TextEdit document, and edit out the headers you don't want before
printing it.

Close the newsgroup, select it in the subscribed groups list, and Mark
Unread. Open it and you'll see all the messages, marked as unread.
Or open the group by option-double-clicking on it, and you can tell it to
show you the most recent X messages, or all messages posted in the last X
days.
If you're reading a message, and just want to re-read the chain of messages
& follow-ups that led to that one, you can use Special -> Open All
