Videcard for G4 and Tiger

I need a videocard for running Tiger on a G4-400 APG.
I have two PC cards, a Geforce 3 based and a Radeon 7000.
I know the Geforce can be firmware flashed to work on the G4, just can't locate the firmware right now. Dunno if the Radeon can be flashed.
Apple has coreservices support for ATI cards, so maybe the Radeon will be my best shot, though the Geforce has better performance.
Anyways, I'll use whatever I can get to work.
I believe the Geforce should have enough power to run Quartz Extreme, but what about the Radeon?
I use the G4 to keep current with OSX and for systems integration, so performance is not really that much of an issue.
Hints are welcome...
BTW: I still use the original 10GB disk; are there disksize limitations I should be aware of when shopping a larger disk?
