Entourage Mac 10.1.9 DST Update?

I've got an old G4 (OS 10.4.11) that I just use for basic stuff (surf the
web, word processing, etc).
It has Office Mac 10.1.9 SP1 on it which is sufficient for my basic needs. I
just started using Entourage for my schedule but noticed that it still is
thinks that day light savings ends on the "old" date.

Is 10.1.9 the latest update of that version (I know about Office 2004, 2008
etc, but this is an older computer with limited function and I don't really
need any "advanced" features)? Is there a DST update for it? If not can the
switch date be modified manually?
