Yes, and that's how it works in Entourage. The difference is that
Entourage doesn't hide the address portion once I've selected an
address. Hiding the address is just asking for problems. Bad idea.
There's no difference, at least on my version of Mail [3.3 (926.1/926)]
I get the popup list of names, including the actual email address, and
when I select one, it goes into the address entry just as displayed.
Not here. If someone is already in Address Book, Mail hides the address
portion and shows only their name in the recipient list. Perhaps you'e
changed your Mail preferences to make it always display the address?
