Hi all
I recently changed the name of the folder where all of my iWeb files
are stored from Michaels_Wyoming_Travel_Pages to MWTP (I did, as I
needed a shorter URL for specific pages that I would putting on a
business card for my aunt, e.g. wyomingtravelpages/MWTP/Quilts.html
instead of wyomingtravelpages.com/Michaels_Wyoming_Travel_Pages/
Quilts.html). I then deleted the old folder from the server where I my
site is hosted and then uploaded the new folder. After doing this none
of the photos in photo albums appear when viewing this site. After
discovering this I looked at the source code and discovered that there
is no reference to photos in this code.
I have been told to delete the following preference file
comp.apple.iWeb.plist. I have done this and that seems to do nothing,
as there still are pages where no photos show up.
The url for my website ishttp://wyomingtravelpages.com. I was hoping
that someone out there could tell me where my Photos went. Why isn't
iWeb including them in the code for these pages?
Thanks
Michael
Are you using Firefox as your browser?
Use Safari.
Upload with the 'upload all' button.
I am using Safari to view these pages. I am using Safari to open up
the html files, even before I have uploaded them to the server. The
problem is that iWeb for whatever reason is not saving the html files
correctly for my photo pages or albums. This started after changing
the name of the folder where the files are published before uploading
them to the server.
Michael
