I've been using Firefox for a while, but I thought I'd give the new
Safari a try. Now, is there a Safari setting so that it shows the
target URL when I move the mouse pointer over a link? Firefox does
that, and I got used to it. Before I click a link I want to know what
(kind of) address is behind it, if it's a PDF, does it point to an
obscure URL, etc.
Safari should show me that target URL before I click the link. Is
there a setting to enable that?
Thanks!
Markus
If you've selected "Sow Status Bar" from the View menu, you can see the
target URL in the status bar at the bottom of the page.
