It generally means "you can expect our support team to give you a
reasonable amount of help if you're having problems, and do our best to
fix any bugs you might report".
I had a product which I could not get support for - because I was
running it under XP-Pro, and the maker of that product said XP-Pro was
a completely different OS and he only supported XP home. Nobody on
the internet agrees with him.
I might buy it again when I get my Mac. Job's joke won't give him an
excuse to not support OS-X versions
Has anybody had experience with PixNews and similar programs from
TechSono?
