We're talking about corporate mail systems, not general ISP mail. In
corporate environments, email is generally considered a critical
business system, as important as the phone system, and email problems
are high priority. But since it's internal, there generally aren't as
many pieces to worry about as Internet email, and it's all under the
control of a central IT department.
