and here are some other words on a new line
You will find

and here are some other words on a new line
And this is the sort of thing that is mostly what is wanted when
using simple search and replace. It is simple and direct and if
you want more, you have all the power of GREP at your disposal,
just tick a box.
If you look at the text above in the text editor, press command
option comma and tick show invisibles you will see the non
printing character. It is there and can be searched for without
having to enter it as a reference with \r. I realise that a
little sophistication might suit some people in GREP unticked
situations, but, as you know, I am thinking the price is too high.
