Re: Editing jpegs

I need to edit two photos held in iPhoto. I use Adobe Elements within
iPhoto for editing purposes but the system keeps reporting that the
jpegs I want to edit are "locked" and won't let me edit them.
How do I unlock them and find the path to them. iPhoto displays the
jpegs title, but every time I use Spotlight to find them clicking on
them just brings up iPhoto.
Further to my first posting I have succeeded in finding the path and
folder for the two jpegs I want to edit. Clicking on "further
information" shows that neither of the two jpegs are locked. Anyone
advise me why Elements keeps reporting them as locked. I can't edit
them in iPhoto either. It apparently saves the edited file but I can
then find no trace of it.
