Well, phooey and ptooey!
iBook G4, OS 10.4.9

I updated my dotmac website this afternoon and when I opened iWeb with
which to do it, a got a whole crapload of missing pictures. It looks
like what I put there today (the home/welcome page and a couple photo
pages) is okay but everything else is gone. I can find the missing
pictures that are listed (at least the ones for which I looked) but I'd
like to know what the heck happened! They have also disappeared from
the website itself. And there's a Bigass? grey question mark on the
pages in the blahblahblog section.

I'm not a happy person right now.
No way am I interested in finding the pictures and re-doing all those
friggin' pages.

What the heck might have happened?

I have no idea what happened. But I did note a bug indicated on an iWeb-related site that intersects pictures.

I believe this is for blog pages. If you are using a template and you have a picture in a given location, you can't delete that pictures and PASTE another picture into it. It may look just fine but when you look at either the complete list of entries or the individual page, I'm unsure which, it will not display.

Instead you must drag a picture on top of it's predecessor in the template.
