I've installed XP Pro with BootCamp on my new MacBook with a tiny 80 GB
harddisk. It boots into Windows as it should.
Usually, though, I will prefer to boot into MacOS X and then access
Windows from Parallels. And this should be possible - according to the
manual.
I've downloaded Parallels and have received a 15 days trial activation
code. With this version I can see where I should be able to select the
Boot Camp option. But the option is dimmed out.
Consequently, I will have to ask: Is it dimmed out because doesn't work
after all, is it dimmed out because of some other option that should
first had been set otherwise - or is it just because the trial version
doesn't support the Boot Camp option?
BTW, when I replace the tiny harddisk with a 200 GB one [the largest
available now], will it then be possible for the newly installed MacOS X
to automatically retrieve user information and applications from the old
tiny harddisk - which will then be placed in a usb box ?
I don't know. I suggest you go to http://www.parallels.com and post your
question on the forum there.
