Re: GOOGLE and USENET

If GOOGLE provides a FREE service for groups in USENET, then these
groups must be prepared to accept users OTHER than the "net addicts".

If idiots can't figure out how to use caps lock, then
these idiots have to be prepared to be ridiculed.

As an OTHER USER, I don't need to acquire the "rules" and jargon that
applies to USERNET.

Usenet.

And what you call "jargon" is just a matter of actually using
the correct names for things.

We had this sort of issue with another fellow who kept trying
to call things by names that he liked rather than by what the
right name was. Result: gibberish. In that case, he was
generally incapable of distinguishing between things like
terminals and shells.

Bottom line: if you would like to be understood, then use
the right names for things.

Like 99.9999 % of ordinary Mac users, I have never directly joined a
USENET GROUP nor do I intend to !

Not only do you pull numbers, completely made-up, out of your ass,
but you don't even know where you are.

You're reading this, you're posting here, you are on usenet.
You're getting here *via* Google, but these are not "google groups".
Google calls their *interface* to Usenet "Google groups".

Once again, you are having problems with using the correct
names for things. In this instance, perhaps, it'd be
forgivable, inasmuch as Google does not make this obvious -
except that it's been explained to you several times and
you either (a) are too stupid to get it or (b) are an ass
who's posting this crap just to get some attention.

I haven't yet decided which is the case, but it's been
fun watching the folks who know better toy with you.

If you have a problem with this, LEAVE GOOGLE and regain your 'NET
ADDICT" status.

Dip***.
