[9.2.2] MT-NewsWatcher not extracting binaries

Hello,

After getting MT-NewsWatcher working properly again (I had
trashed prefs, and reselected everything except "Always authenticate,"
which caused a couple days of stress till I figured out the fix),
I find that, when I attempt to extract binaries from a ng, when
the end of the extraction is reached, the app tells me that there
were no files to decode. I've never seen this before.

I have two utilities selected to decode the data: stUU and uucd.
stUU usually does a fine job. stUU works, but I don't like how
it makes me open files in order to save them as readable...but
that's beside the point.

I just tried extracting and OEF file from a multi-part post, and
all the parts were present. At the end of the extraction process,
MT-NW gave me the error message I described above.

Does anyone know why this happens? Any way to solve it so
I can extract binaries again? I doubt asking the author of MT-NW
would get me what I seek, so I thought I'd ask here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as always.

Happy computing,
Eric
