Trouble printing with custom pages sizes to Epson printers

I'm having trouble printing with two of my Epson printer drivers.
When I'm trying to set up custom page sizes, a message in the Print
window says, "The custom paper size is larger than the printer's
printable size. The driver will crop the image and print only a part of
the image."
In the Print > gray Options window I click off of "Fit to Page" but the
images are still cropped for my custom page sizes such as 4 by 19 inches
or 10 by 18 ihches.
The drivers for the Epson Stylus Photo 1270 and 2200 printer are causing
the problem when I print from Photoshop or Simpletext, but the problem
doesn't occur with the Epson 7600 printer.
I reinstalled the Epson 2200 printer driver and restarted, but the
problem still cccurs.
I tried different versions of Photoshop and quit Photoshop and removed
the Photoshop Prefs file from the Photoshop Settings file the but the
problem still occurs.
This is very strange and frustrating and vexing. How can I overcome this trouble?
Tony
