Just out of curiosity, I putzed a bit with this. I use 10.4.5.
This works for the non-picture at Login: First in a photo-editing
program, create and save a blank document. Remember where you save it.
System Preferences --> Accounts --> select your account --> click on
Picture --> Edit --> Choose --> navigate to your newly created blank
document --> Set. Viola! That will give you a blank square next to
the name of your account at Login.
IdaKnow about the address card part if in the menu Card--> "clear
custom image" doesn't do it for you.
I'll be curious to see if there's a better way to do this.
