Usually a safe assumption.
But anything that helps a machine to do some work while the owner
is having breakfast has some merit.
If you're comfortable with the command line, or willing to learn, "wget"
is a very useful tool for fetching web (and other) remote content.
You can have it recursively fetch an entire site and put it wherever you
want it, can even tell it to run in the background, or slowly so you
don't pound their or your network connection, have it synch updates, and
so on.
