Use Safari. Go to <http://www.aftenposten.no> (Norwway's major daily
subscription newspaper) and open let's say six to ten articles in tabs
quickly while still on the front page by Cmd-click, as if you'r just
browsing the front and picking articles to read.

Then note if you get any stalls or spinnning balls on the way, and if
Safari stalls when you try to switch tabs sometimes. (I do, plenty.)

Now do the same with <http://www.dagbladet.no> (a major tabloid), and
check for delays and stalls again. I don't get any there.

That's what I mean.

I am on a 1 mbps line, and Firefox doesn't have the problem - so
something is plain different with Safari, and to the worse.
As I said, System 10.4.4, 768 MB RAM, plenty free disk, PB 12" 1GHz.
