iTunes was neither meant for nor is suitable for DJing. Nor, for that
matter, is ANY software. There might be something out there that can do what
you need, but if you're even somewhat serious about being a DJ, you'll need
a real mixer. You can get one of the cheaper ones in perfect condition on
ebay for only a hundred dollars or so, I'd expect. The problem is that audio
information is, by design, only sent to one sound processor. The sound
processor (usually a sound card), might have multiple "audio out" sockets,
but it sends the same information to all of them (except in the case of, for
instance, surround sound ports.)
