Forward as attachment in Mail.app

I would like, on occasion, to forward a message in one of my mailboxes as content-type: message/rfc822.

For myself, I just go through the (tedious) process of firing up another MUA (typically pine) for this, but it would be much much nicer if I could do this within Mail.app.

As a mail admin, I often need users to forward such things to me, and I have no idea of what to tell most Mail.app users to do.

I'm sure there is a simple solution which I've over looked, but I really can't find it.
