Teach your daughter at any age is fine if she's not being pressured. I
don't have kids, but my friends' kids all go for that Blues Clues
software, which is geared toward the young crowd.

Check in toy stores for software and any learning stores in your area.
You may also find some edutainment type software at
http://www.versiontracker.com and go to http://www.amazon.com and search
in the software section for "Blues Clues."
