iTunes 5.0.1 - Nasty library corruption bug

Just discovered this trick last week:
1. Switch to a playlist
2. Put playlist on 'shuffle'
3. Start playing a track
4. Pause the track
5. Switch to your library
6. Switch back to the playlist
7. Press play
iTunes will start playing a different track instead of resuming from
pause. This will set the track time of the song that you paused to the
track time of the song now playing. Going back to the broken track and
doing a 'get info' on it will fix the track time for the track.
Pretty much harmless unless you synchronize the screwed-up tracks to an iPod,
in which case the iPod will truncate songs with incorrect times to their
listed lengths.
Does anyone know of a way to report bugs to Apple without having to talk
to their technical support?
