Actually, it doesn't. It sends _another_ email that requests that the
first email be removed from the recipient's mailbox. It's not real
effective even on the few clients which support it. Once you hit
"send", it's sent. A "recall" is equivalent to mailing another letter
saying "please don't open that first letter" - it gets there after, and
doesn't have any power over the first one or the person it was sent to.
