Its not a big deal. The activitation key will be enclosed in the package
with the software. Make a copy of the key (and the media) if you want
for safe keeping. I have had to reinstall PS CS after a disk crash. No
big deal as long as you are organized in how you keep track of your
software keys. You do not need to register PS with Adobe and their help
will not be required.
