It is complicated. It will involve building a daemon, running a
daemon as the superuser, opening a hole in your firewall, (maybe)
dealing with NAT, and (maybe) dealing with ISP port blocking and
dynamic IP to get it working. A service that requires an end-user
to run a server process on their PC is asking too much. Residential
Internet service is not designed to make this easy.
