Did you say you had looked it up on Google? Doesn't look like it to me,
and my experience is that it's not safe to assume someone has Googled if
they don't say they have.

Then it's up to you to make that clear in the question. Your original
question - the one Jerry answered - asked for a way to get the Windows
version of IE to handle transparency in a PNG. Period. You seem to have
wanted us to infer a lot more than what you actually asked.
