Make sure you have a good backup of your data. If you have the install disc just pop it in and do a reinstall. Snow Leopard will leave your data alone when you do it but it should do the trick!

For those of you using Letterbox with Mac Mail, there is a new version
for the 10.6.7 upgrade.
http://harnly.net
The recent upgrade to 10.6.7 brings a lot of problems with third part
applications regarding EPS, PS and PDF files reporting constantly
errors mostly in Adobe products.
All our machines running 10.6.6 or less don't have problems with
fonts.
It reminds me Ubuntu-upgrades when after the "upgrade" a half dozen of
hardware doesn't work any more.
Please TEST
I have just upgraded my OS from 10.6.6 to 10.6.7.
I primarily use Traditional Chinese as my System Language.
Other system apps and Finder are in Trad. Chinese as it was before
upgrade.
However I discovered that the Login User / Password prompt screen is
now changed to English.
I have tried switching System Language, and even restarting the mac.
Have just installed 10.6.7. Followed usual rules of repairing
permissions, install, repair permissions. Most things seem okay but
the picture on my desk top (much loved) has disappeared and there
seems no way to get it back.
Desktop now appears in the star wars format but with its usual
content. Going to preferences > desk-top finds the small picture in
the panel replaced
Unable to update to 10.6.7
No matter what, form the UI or the command line, I am unable to update

I have even downloaded the update to launch from my own laptop...

10.6.7 Slow Restart
Did anyone else run into a slow restart after the 10.6.7 update
installed itself? It took almost 5 minutes, I was getting out the OSX
dvd's thinking I was going to have to reinstall the OS and then it
finally restarted. Everything seems to be okay, but I was starting to
panic
Unable to update to 10.6.7
Hi all,
I am not able to update the latest released 10.6.7 updates. I am
attaching the screen shot. I am a linux user new to Mac. I tried
downloading from the download link, but it says the source file could
not be read!
Could anyone shed some help?!
Any help would be much appreciated
10.6.7 installation failure
I have a 3 yo iMac that was running 10.6.6 with no difficulty. I just
now tried to do the 10.6.7 upgrade installation. It appeared to go
well until initiating a restart sequence. At that point, the machine
appears to be going through a start-up routine until, after about 10
seconds, the screen goes bland and the iMac powers off. Anyone have
any ideas what went wrong and what to do? I'm afraid

Re: font and grafix issues with 10.6.7
since I saw the word "font" in the readme about the 10.6.7 update, I
just thought I would mention it. Good to know what it is, however
Re: Update to 10.6.7 caused issues
I ended up doing a reinstall of OS X from DVD, then I upgraded to
10.6.7 again. Things seem to be working better now
Re: Font problems after 10.6.7
Same problem. I mistakenly posted this on Adobe's forum, because
Acrobat X 10.0.2 completely freezes after this OS X update. The
problem is definitely 10.6.7. I have 3 Macs on 10.6.6 and 3 on 10.6.7.
I consistently experience the font problems only on the 10.6.7 Macs.
Someone, please report to Apple
10.6.7 breaks external monitor support
applying the 10.6.7 update, it worked fine going mDP->HDMI->DVI.

Nothing works.
On my old laptop, a ~2009 13" MBP running 10.6.7 with the same cables
and adaptors,
the monitor works fine. So something changed in 10.6.7

Re: iMac toast after OS 10.6.7 update
10.6.7 ought not to cause such a problem. Maybe something wasn't
compatible with 10.6.7 that triggered such an issue. Maybe something
was attempting to address the same area of memory as 10.6.7 at the
same time, thinking it was reserved to it. Regardless Mac OS X memory
