I called Apple about two issues. One was a graphic issue, the
other was about program crashes. To handle the first issue, Apple
agreed to replace related parts - and with the second issue the
admitted they were seeing quite a lot of this with Snow Leopard but
did not know if it was a hardware issue or a software issue (the
software might be hitting a problem with hardware that Leopard was
not hitting). To make sure it was not related to failing hardware
they asked if they could swap out my motherboard, CPU, etc. and run
some tests on my machine. I would also get / be asked to beta test
for them (for which I am under NDA and cannot say any more). For
my trouble I would get about $100 of free stuff from them. I
agreed.

To Tim Adams, HPT, and Steve Carroll, of course, this is just
another reason for them to spew nonsense attacks and outright lies.
It is just what they do. HPT is desperate to be a part of their
clique... and as long as he lashes out at those they do he will be
welcomed with open arms. The lowest of the low of Usenet cuddle...
and think they are clever.

so the tech replaced your hard drive in a attempt to fix your
monitor.

The depth of your ignorance is always a source of amazement for me.
Thanks for the laugh.

Where did you find that clueless tech snit? was he one you trained?

You just broke my irony meter. :)

Looking at what you wrote, you did not even say your hard drive was replaced
at all, no less to fix a MONITOR issue. Where did Tim come up with his idea
that one would swap a hard drive to fix a monitor?
