What law would THAT be??

The one where you violate the EULA with Apple. You do know that the
license can be revokable?

No I don't know that it can be "revokable" [sic].

Steve

A EULA is a form of Copyright law. Do you think that a license can't be
revoked if it's terms and conditions are violated?

Before you answer, I own copyrights, have been in federal court with
such violations and talked with federal judges not to mention IP
attorney's.

Do you know that when you purchase something in a transaction that looks
exactly like the sale of a product, there are consumer rights related to
the sale of products that come into play, even when vendors claim you're
only purchasing a license?

The courts have already make this principle extremely clear with respect
to the First Sale doctrine. Attempts to ban the resale of software via
license agreements have been struck down for precisely this reason.

Whether EULAs can deny people the fair use rights they have for works
they have purchased copies of under copyright law is not in any way a
settled legal question.
