Show where Mackay claimed this any time your meds wane. All Steve did
was disagree with the FALSE premise provided in the article's
title...and he bases in... reality.
interesting how michael glasser also calls MS's store 'a failure' when the
article never said or implied any such thing.
Ah, I almost forgot how your thinking is so juvenile that you need to see it
in writing before you can believe it - putting 2 and 2 together is beyond
you. So here it is in writing:
tail-store-foray-was-a-bust/>
-----
I was surprised to find little mention that Microsoft¹s last
store effort ended in failure in 2001.
-----
Of course, you will ignore that... you will insist I was wrong because,
while it was obvious, it was not *explicitly* stated in the original
article. You simply could not make the logic connection and now that you
have taken a stand you will not back down. You simply will not admit to a
mistake. 100% predictable.
Speaking of things in writing that you will run from and not accept:

Microsoft's estimation of the retail market appears to be
influenced by Apple's success, and the thinking may be, "Hey,
if Apple can do it, so can we."
-----
Hmmm, seems that others also think MS is likely following Apple. But you
and your co-trolls can insist that Apple's tremendously successful brick and
mortar strategy was copied from MS's failed strategy with one store. Hey,
it is not like logic and rationality are your strong points!
I know several local establishments that have closed over the past 20+ years
that were very profitable but the the people running them just got tired of
doing so and it was easier to close them then to try and sell them. Several in
fact have opened again 2-3 year AFTER closing, by the same owner.
Irrelevant. But, hey, it is not like you understand what is being talked
about anyway. :)
