Ok, so this guy has 5 gmail accounts. In IE7, he enters his Gmail
username and password. You can have Windows remember the user name and
pw. After you do this the first time with all your accounts you can
pick them from a drop down. So if he signs out with one account he
just clicks on the blank sign in area (where you'd enter your
username). He then then gets a drop down of all 5 of his accounts. He
can click on any of them and it then uses that User Name and also
enters the PW.
In Safari, I have to keep typing in each username and each pw. It's
totally inconvenient and annoying. Is there anyway to have it handle
such things similar to Windows. I find it far more efficient than
having to manually type the username/pw in manually everytime.
Moooman, as a measure of security, autofill is turned off in Safari by
default. Any more gems to share?
So there is a setting where I can click on the blank space in a login
box and get a drop down of all the previous logins I've used? I'm not
complaining I'm assuming there is a way to do it. I shouldn't have to
type anything. Everything she be done with the mouse.
