Dude; it's obvious to everyone else.
There are many thousands of companies that DO NOT rely on complex
server technology, never need any IT department, and would not know how
to decide if they needed .Net or Active Directory or ActiveX.

You could expect that most companies under maybe 20 people or maybe 10
computers is like this, and that may be the _majority_ of the business
world!
