Macs. Take Jaffe Associates, a Washington, D.C., marketing and

from none other than Apple.

The company considered upgrading its aging Windows XP terminal

but endured Microsoft sticker shock when it calculated the cost

Then she priced Apple technology for same functionality and found
she
could build a similar system for about half the price."

There is no such thing as a "Windows XP terminal server".
Your only argument that this isn't a credible account is that the
reporter didn't use the correct term?
I also said I don't buy the "$100,000 for 25 people". So how can
you
say this is my "only argument".
You didn't say that.

Yes he did:

Steve:

""There is no such thing as a "Windows XP terminal server".

$100,000 for 25 people?? No sale."

You're caught lying again, Alan.

Sorry, but me not interpreting Steve's implication correctly is not me
lying, Edwin.

If it is demonstrated that a reporter has already gotten one fact
wrong (the "Windows XP terminal server") how can we trust the other
facts reported?
Fact: there is a terminal server program/service that one can use
with
Windows XP.
It's for two users maximum, for remote assistance. And it is NOT
called "Windows XP Terminal Server".

I didn't say "included with", now did I? I said "can be used with".

Do you think they were running their company on that?

Nope.

You're still basing your critique on the fact that he didn't call the
product by its Proper Name, but then, he didn't present it as a Proper
Name, did he? Neither "terminal" nor "server" were capitalized.

Why do you keep repeating that lie when Steve already made it quite
clear his main "critique" is that Windows licensing for 25 people
wouldn't cost $100,000?

He hasn't indicated that that is his main critique. Note he wrote "I
also said", not "I'm mostly basing it on the"

Everyone else was able to figure it out. Why not you? Never mind...I forgot
who I was replying to

I think he kf'd you, Eddie.
