On what basis do you consider this update "Excellent as always"?
Have
you even installed it yet?

Steve, you have had more problems in the last six months with Macs
than
all the Macs at all the clients I've worked for over that same
stretch
of time.
Steve has an unsupported eSata card in his machine for one thing.
Just where did Steve put that in his MacBook Pro John?
Being that John never said he did, Tim, you have just proved - again -
how
poor your reading comprehension is.

I really shouldn't answer a Snit post, but...

Actually, John did tell him just that. I will quote the relevant
posts.

To which, John wrote (admittedly in response to Alan Baker):
"Steve has an unsupported eSata card in his machine for one thing."

Now that the posts are all together, do you see that you are wrong?
michael glasser will not see where he is wrong. He can't understand that
Steve
wrote about a _specific_ computer with a problem, and John tried to blame
that
problem on, what he calls, _an unsupported eSata card_.

As usual your full of shit. I merely stated that Steve was the type of
idiot who would install unsupported hardware IN ONE of his machines.

Bull... you clearly said Steve did have such a card:

"Steve has an unsupported eSata card in his machine for one thing".
<_8adnaUF3viEfKDVnZ2dnUVZ_gednZ2d@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

Don't worry, maybe you can get Snit to support you... you know, to tell
everyone how you are the expert in what you *meant* to write (as if that
has anything to do with what you "actually" wrote). LOL!

He DOES have a card in his Mac Pro. I was using THAT as an example of
his technical incompetence!!

In your first statement you said he *did* install a card... in your
second statement (that I quoted above) you clearly said he *would*
install... now you're back to he *did* install. Make up your mind.

"Apple is pushing how green this is - but it [Macbook Air] is
clearly disposable... when the battery dies you can pretty much
just throw it away". - Snit
