There was discussion for a while about moving Photoshop to Cocoa to get it
to 64 bit... based on what Adobe has now said they do plan to do so (or at
least port what they have to).

Seems Adobe did not know about Apple's plans before hand... so I was wrong
about that. And it does seem like it will take longer to get the Mac
program to 64 bit than it will take to get the Windows program... for
understandable reasons.

Unfortunately it will not happen in CS4 Mac version. CS4 PC version will be
64 bit however.

Their reasons are understandable - I am glad they are willing to post such
things.
