So you think a DAC puts out discrete voltage levels? ... As I already demonstrated in another post, there are DACs that don't have any smoothing circuitry. ...

I've presented you references from wikipedia, companies and universities -- all of which agree with each other that there are DACs without any kind of smoothing circuitry, you've presented... ...
