I experienced this one myself. I get QuickTime updates from time to time,
and I usually check "okay" without paying too much attention, but since I
saw this thread, I've been paying attention.
Today the box said "Safari" with a checkbox even though it was a QuickTime
upgrade dialog. If I hadn't just clicked okay like I usually did, I would
have been wondering how Safari got on my PC.
Strange, Edwin.
You claimed that you'd already installed Safari and yet now you say it
offered to install it today...
