I don't know which states, if any, have added to their constitution or
whether it was simply passed in referendum or what. But in any case, to
answer which states grant specific rights, the answer is all of them.
So then it should be easy for you to provide proof for... all you need
to do is pick *any* state's constitution and point to *any* text that
uses the term "grant" in reference to their citizens "right" to vote.
Tim notes that he does not if any states have such language on their
Constitution or if the rights were granted in some other way ... and you tell
him he can prove it by showing where the wording is in their Constitution.
Steve, seriously, do you not see the flaw in that?
No... but that's because there isn't one.
LOL! OK, Steve... I accept you are *really* that incapable of understanding
simple concepts.
Notably, I *also* asked on what basis he was making the claim (it's still up
there). That was Tim's opportunity... apparently, he's decided not to take it.
1) Tim notes he does not know if any states use the word "grant" in their
Constitution (in relation to voting rights) nor does he know if they
rights are granted by the Constitution or some other mechanism.
2) Carroll shows he cannot understand a word of that and says Tim can
prove his point that it is the states who grant such powers by showing
a relevant use of the word "grant" in a state constitution.
Even when Steve's error is pointed out he *still* cannot understand it.
Seriously, Steve: you are a very, very funny person when you are not running
scared. It is a shame you do that so often these days.
