Yeah, all those reports that are out there are just so much hot air.
Yeah, right...

I didn't say they were full of hot air. I said:

1. It's not nearly the problem its made out to be,
2. I can't think of a single friend who has gotten malware,
3. Throw some AV software on the computer and your good to go.

It's likely those people who becamse infected didn't have AV software,
were
using older versions/definitions, and click on anything and everything
e-mailed to them. Avoiding malware is easy...it just takes some common
sense.

Common sense meaning "I am experienced with windows and can do this
stuff with one hand tied behind my back." To others common sense means
get a Mac.

What's "to do"? Download AVG, install it, forget about it. That's not too
hard. Well, maybe for Mactards.

I love these drones, "all you gotta do is...blah blah blah..."

Have you defragged your hard drive lately?

It's automatic in Vista. You really need to come up to speed.

Wow. Almost where Mac has been for years, yawn.

It really helps.

No, it does not.

"Such warnings, however, have to contend with the Mac
OS X's impressive lack of major security incidents."
-That's the bottom line.
