Tim Adams:
you have

and you have with your claim that Apple went 'above and beyond' their
requirements by replacing your iMac.

Thank you for making it clear what comments you [mis]understood. Because
Apple went above what they had to do,

Thanks for once again proving you don't understand what Apple's warranty
offers.

You lied, Tim. And I called you on it. You have since claimed that
you believe your BS claim but you cannot find a single quote where I
did as you say...

...
Reality - you called Apple on day 1 or 2 after receiving your new iMac
with
a complaint that it didn't work.

Nope. I called because my I could not get data to transfer from my old
machine... at least not with the migration assistant. Had nothing to do
with
the reason the machine was replaced.

I'm sure you can back that claim up with some FACTS, right?

Those are the facts. I have no tape of my conversation with Apple.
If you wish to claim otherwise, as you do, you simple cannot show
it.

The Apple tech you spoke with will have had a file opened on a computer in
front of him, listing ALL of the calls you've made about that new iMac. He
will, if he's a competent tech, consider ALL of the problems you've spoken
about before making any decision about your iMac.

Of course... and not in question.

...
This problem was enough for Apple to have deemed the system DOA

Incorrect... but if you think so I would love to see your support.

So why don't you prove it wrong? go on, were waiting.....

Waiting for me to prove your fabricated stories wrong... er? I have
no such obligation. When you make up stories about me it is your
obligation to try to prove them correct. Since you are lying, of
course, you will fail in any attempt to do so.

...
So the system WAS DOA.

It has been deemed so by Apple and is being treated under that
clause. Yes.

Just as clarification Snit when you say 'that clause' which clause are you
in reference to ...

The one where a machine is deemed DOA and the choice to 'repair or replace'
is given to the buyer?

Or

The clause where the machine is deemed DOA and the choice to 'repair or
replace' is retained by Apple?

Thanks for admitting that.

Wow... I admit to those things I have been telling you... those very
things that have lead to you lying about me. Amazing observation of
you.
