I noted Apple did went above and beyond what they were
contractually obligated to do. You claimed to disagree
and say there were contractually obligated.

You never supported that claim. And you won't. 100% predictable. Also
predictable is how you will keep adding accusations to the conversation as
you try to obfuscate your own lack of ability to support your claims. Do
you think you are being clever?
