Please show, Steve, where my situation strictly falls under all the criteria
for DOA. Next show how once it is determined to be DOA they are obligated
to do as they are doing - sending me a replacement within 2 days.

Why would I need to "show" what you have already stated?

You should try to support your claim. Can you?

My guess: not at all... but you can (and will) sink to absurd accusations,
side issues, and any other form of obfuscation you can think of.
