What I think they're guilty of is irrelevent, it's what the EU decides
that matters.
So you don't really know what they think. Just what I expected.
Microsoft were required to offer a version of Windows without Windows
Media Player. They failed so to do.
They were also required to ensure its products could operate with other
computer systems by sharing information with rival software companies.
Presumably this means providing APIs where necessary.
In essence, Microsoft was repeating its well practiced anti-competitive
tactics, only this time they tried it in a jurisdiction with teeth,
unlike the US's DoJ.
