I use a cable modem with roadrunner and DO NOT have a fixed IP
address.

Regardless, that IP address has been associated with your posting here

That doesn't mean that your IP address actually changes very much, John.
And it's been shown that you were using that IP on the day in question,
that you live in that district and we already know you don't like
republicans...
