IOW, a phone for $350 plus $360 for two years of phone service = $710.
The iPhone is either $500 or $600.
AT&T plans are $60, $80, or $100 per month.
That's $720, $960, or $1200 per year.
That means to get the same deal as I showed for Sprint and the PPC6601
you have to pay at least:
iPhone $500 + $1440 for two years of service = $1940.
If you get the full package, your cost for the iPhone plus two years
of service is a staggering $3,000!
You're still as dishonest as ever, Edwin.
The "total" you quoted for the Sprint phone and plan is incomplete. That
$15/month was an *add-on* to your phone plan. In addition to the $15,
you had to have a sprint cellphone plan, the cheapest of which appears
to be $30.
As of right now, you can get the Sprint PPC-6700 for $299, but:
"A data plan of $25 or more must be purchased along with the handset in
order to receive the $100 mail-in rebate." (there's a mfr's rebate you
appear to get regardless).
As far as I can see, the cheapest data plan (which is data only -- no
included talk time), is $40. Add that on to Sprint's least expensive
talk time plan ($30) and that's $70/month.
Or $1680 + $300 (for the phone) = $1980.
Or, IOW, just a little more than an iPhone will cost you.
