The fact remains:

Steve Carroll is the only American adult I can think of who
would *ask* if the *President* is the one who passes
*Congressional* bills. I bet even most non-Americans can
answer his question. Easily.

I asked *you* about this based on your apparent lack of knowledge regarding the
workings of your own gov't. So... why didn't you answer it, Snit? Google will
show that I provided you with the info you were apparently unaware of... I wrote:

"Fact: Congress doesn't even need a Presidential sig to have a bill become law".

Fact: If the Dems wanted the war over... Bush couldn't do a damn thing about it".

Snit replied:

"You really should learn a thing or two about what you think you are
"discussing. :)

I then asked Snit:

"Do you think that the President can pass his own funding appropriations bill
with no involvement from Congress?

Snit runs in 3... 2... 1... ;)"

And Snit is *still* running from this question. Now I ask the obvious: Was my
question beneath the knowledge of the great and powerful Snit... or did he
simply not know the answer? I guess we'll never know for sure being that he
couldn't/wouldn't speak up when it was necessary for him to do so with respect
to answering this question. His failure to indicate, in a timely manner, that he
knew the answer... is unquestionably "strong support" that he didn't know the
answer at the time the question was asked. Funny how it works... huh, Snit;)

Hmmm... I wonder if he knows the answer YET... LOL!
