Bush very much has something to do with the war... and, yes, Steve,
indirectly he even influences the funding of it.

How? By vetoing an appropriations bill he doesn't like? Do you even realize
that this veto can be overridden by Congress if they so desire? Obviously
not;) Yeah... that's a whole lot of "influence" he has there, Snit. LOL!

Fact: Congress doesn't even need a Presidential sig to have a bill become law.

Fact: If the Dems wanted the war over... Bush couldn't do a damn thing about
it.

The fact you show no ability to think of any other influence the president
has with congressional decisions regarding the war is simply pathetic and
amazingly naïve.

You really should learn a thing or two about what you think you are
discussing. :)

Do you think that the President can pass his own funding appropriations bill
with no involvement from Congress?

You are the only American adult I can think of, Steve, who would *ask* if
the *President* is the one who passes *Congressional* bills. I bet even
most non-Americans can answer your question. Easily.
