How? By vetoing an appropriations bill he doesn't like? Do you even
realize
that this veto can be overridden by Congress if they so desire? Obviously
not;) Yeah... that's a whole lot of "influence" he has there, Snit. LOL!

Fact: Congress doesn't even need a Presidential sig to have a bill become
law.

Fact: If the Dems wanted the war over... Bush couldn't do a damn thing
about
it.
