indirectly he even influences the funding of it.

How? By vetoing an appropriations bill he doesn't like? Do you even realize
that this veto can be overridden by Congress if they so desire? Obviously not;)

Fact: Congress doesn't even need a Presidential sig to have a bill become law.

Fact: If the Dems wanted the war over... Bush couldn't do a damn thing about it.

You really should learn a thing or two about what you think you are
discussing. :)

Do you think that the President can pass his own funding appropriations bill
with no involvement from Congress?
