Actually, while Bill is pretty stiff and relatively boring in
presentations and keynotes, he's a pretty good speaker off the cuff. He
can think fast, and no one ever accused him of not being sharp.

yeah, but he rarely has a decent grasp of what is going on in his own
industry. he fumbles around with words and concepts far too often to be
very credible.
